Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for t he purpose of giving effect to
Council Directive 2001/113/EC of 20 December 2001, as amended by
Council Directive 2004/84/EC of 10 June 2004, Council Regulation
(EC) No 1182/2007 of 26 September 2007, Regulation (EU) No
1021/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October
2013 and Directive (EU) 2024/1438 of the European Parliament and of
the Council of 14 May 2 024, has made the Regulations entitled as
above.
The purpose of these Regulations is to give legal effect to Directive
2011/113/EC of th e European Parliament and of the Council, as
amended by Directive (EU) 2024/1438 of the European Parliament and
of the Council of 14 May 2024 which establishes quality factors and
aligns standards for the co mposition and labelling of fruit jams, jellies
and marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée within the European
Union, taking into account developments in relevant in ternational
standards.

(EU) No 1040/2014 of 25 July 2014, and Directive (EU) 2024/1438 of
the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 May 2024, has made
the Regulations entitled as above.
The purpose of these Regulations is to give legal effect to Directive
2011/112/EC of th e European Parliament and of the Council, as
amended by Directive (EU) 2024/1438 of the European Parliament and
of the Council of 14 May 2024 which prescribes and harmonises within
the European Union, standards for the composition and labelling of fruit
juices and certain similar products.

(EU) 2024/1438 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14
May 2024, has made the Regulations entitled as above.
The purpose of these Regulations is to give legal effect to Council
Directive 2001/114/EC of 20 December 2001, as amended by Directive
(EU) 2024/1438 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14
May 2024 which prescribes, and harmonises within the European
Union from 17 Ju ly 2003, standards for the composition and labelling
of partly or totally dehydrated preserved milk.
