BODIES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2025
The Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service
Reform and Digitalisation, in e xercise of the powers conferred on him
by section 3 of the Ethics in Public Office Act 1995 (No. 22 of 1995)
(as adapted by the Standards in Public Office (Transfer of Departmental
Administration and Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2023 (S.I. No.
367 of 2023) and the Public Expenditure National Development Plan
Delivery and Reform (Alteration of Name of Depart ment and Title of
Minister) Order 2025 (S.I. No. 243 of 2025)) and after consultation with
every Minister of the Government, has made Regulations entitled as
above.

SEA FISHERIES (TECHNICAL MEASURES) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 2025
This instrument amends the Sea-Fisheries (Technical Measures)
Regulations 2019 (S.I. No. 520 of 2019) to give effect to (a)
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/3204 of 11 October 2024
amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1241 of the European Parliament and
of the Council as regards short-necked clam and red seabream and (b)
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/283 of 28 November
2024 amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1241 of the European
Parliament and of the Council as regards technical measures for certain
demersal and pelagic fisheries in the Celtic Sea, the Irish Sea and the
West of Scotland.
