court approval for a distribution unless a creditor applies for same).

ON ACCESS TO PART- TIME WORKING) (DECLARATION)
ORDER 2026
These Regulations bring into law a revised Code of Practice on Access
to Part-Time Working. These Regulations revoke the Industrial
Relations Act 1990 (Code of Practice on Access to Part-Time Working)
(S.I. No. 8 of 2006) and declare the revised Code of Practice on Access
to Part-Time Working to be an approved code of practice for the
purposes of the Industrial Relations Act 1990 (No.19 of 1990).

The Medical Council is the regulatory body for doctors. It has a
statutory role in protecting the public by promoting the highest
professional stand ards amongst d octors practising in the Republic of
Ireland.
Rules were made by the Medical Council on 02nd April 2025 under
section 11 of the Medical Practitioner Act, 2007 (No. 25 of 2007), (as
Amended) relating to the operation of the Preliminary Proceeding
Committee and the establishment of subcommittees.
