These regulations may be cited as Civil Law and Criminal Law

(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 31) Disciplinary

Committee of the Teaching Council of Ireland (Designation) Order

2026.

This Instrument designates the Disciplinary Committee of the Teaching

Council of Ireland, for the purposes of holding remote meetings under

section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Act 2020.
