Notice of the striking of an ICAV off the register of ICAVs

Notice is hereby given under the powers conferred on the Central

Bank of Ireland (the “Central Ban k”) by the Irish Collective Asset-

Management Vehicles Act 2015 (the “ICAV Act 2015”) pursuant to

Section 163(3) of the ICAV Act 2015, that, Ambienta X Plus ICAV

(the “ICAV”) has been struck off the Register of ICAVs.

The ICAV will be deemed to be dissolved on the date of publication

of this notice.
