revised by European Organizations responsible for them.

CONTROL OF FISHING FOR SALMON (AMENDMENT)
ORDER 2026
The Minister of State at the Department of the Climate, Energy and
the Environment, Timmy Do oley T.D. in exercise of the powers
conferred on him by section 29 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act
1962 (No. 31 of 1962), has made the above Order. This Order amends
the Control of Fishing for Salmon Order 2021 (S.I. No. 102 of 2021)
by substitution of new Schedules for Schedule 1 and Schedule 2. This
Order authorises the issue of commercial fishing licences by Inland
Fisheries Ireland and sets o ut the criteria under which those licences
may be issued and prescribes the maximum number of commercial
licences which may be issued.

GAMBLING (COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES)
REGULATIONS 2026
The Regulations exercise the powers conferred on the Authority by
sections 9 and 181 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (No. 35 o f
2024), in order to ensure the effective operation of Part 7 of the Act
of 2024, and having as an objective that the manner in which
complaints may be made, and the procedures to be followed by the
complainant, the licensees concerned and the Authority are as
informal as is consistent with the principles of fair procedures a nd
that undue expense is not incurred by the complainant or the licensee
concerned in relation to the complaint.

PHARMACEUTICAL SOCIETY OF IRELAND (FEES)
RULES 2026
These Rules set out the amount of the fees for registration, continued
registration, and restoration of pharmacists, pharmaceutical assistants
and retail pharmacy businesses, as well as for cancellation from, and
for the notification of changes to, the relevant registers.
The Rules also set out the amount of the fees to be paid for the
replacement of certificates of registration and for the issue of other
certificates.
Fees in respect of changes to the Register of Retail Pharmacy
Businesses, the P rofessional Registration Examination, the
recognition of qualifications obtained ou tside the State and the ISS
supply list are also set out in these Rules.
These Rules revoke and replace the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
(Fees) Rules 2014, and the rules amending same.
These Rules may be cited as the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
(Fees) Rules 2026.
