The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him
by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972)
and for the purpose of giving full effect to Council Regulation (EU)
No. 401/2013 of 2 May 2013 as amended, has made regulations
entitled as above.

APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL
STANDARDS AUTHORITY OF IRELAND
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by the National Standards
Authority of Ireland Act 1996, the Minister of State for Small
Businesses and Retail, Alan Dillon T.D., has appointed Emmet
English and Finola Howe as Members of the Board o f the National
Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI), with effect from 15th April
2026.

ACT 2015 (ICAV Act 2015)
Notice of the striking of an ICAV off the register of ICAVs
Notice is hereby given under the powers conferred on the Central
Bank of Ireland (the “Central Ban k”) by the Irish Collective Asset-
Management Vehicles Act 2015 (the “ICAV Act 2015”) pursuant to
Section 163(3) of the ICAV Act 2015, that, Bridge QIAIF Funds
ICAV (the “ICAV”) has been struck off the Register of ICAVs.
The ICAV will be deemed to be dissolved on the date of publication
of this notice.
