probation of Garda members appointed under the Garda Síochána

(Admissions and Appointments) Regulations 2013 by the Garda

Commissioner to allow for conduct or performance proceedings to

conclude, or to allow a complaint or notification or investigation

under the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 to

conclude”
