HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1994 (SECTION 11E(2))

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2026

These Regulations are made by The Health Insurance Authority

pursuant to Section 11E(2) of the Health Insurance Act 1994, as

inserted by section 15 of the Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2012

and section 8 of the Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2013. The

amendment by deletion made to the Schedule to the Health Insurance

Act 1994 (Section 11E(2)) (No. 2) Regulations 2024 (S.I. No. 691 of

2024) is given retrospective effect by regulation 3 of these

Regulations, commenced on the 1st day of April, 2026.

IN THE MATTER OF

AND IN THE MATTER OF

VASILISA LIMITED

(In Members’ Voluntary Liquidation)

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above

named Company duly convened and held at 6 Beacon Wharf, Avila,

Convent Garden, Kinsale on 25 May 2026 the following resolution

was passed:

(1) "That the Company be woun d up voluntarily as a Members'

Voluntary Winding Up and that Eoghan Corcoran of Corcoran

Advisory, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company

for the purpose of such winding up and that the Liquidator be and is

hereby authorised, in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles

of Association of the Company, to distribute the whole or any part of

the assets o f the Company amongst the Members in specie and that

the Liquidator be authorised to exercise the powers contained in

Section 627 of the Companies Act 2014”

(2)“That the Directors be and are hereby authorised to do all things

necessary in connection with the wind up and liquidation of the

Company which the Liquidator in his sole discretion deems

appropriate.”
