The Property Services Regulatory Authority, in exercise of the

powers conferred on it by section 25 of the Property Services

(Regulation) Act 2011 (No. 40 of 2011), (as adapted by the Property

Services (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial

Functions) Order 2025 (S.I. No. 3 92 of 2025), with the consent of

the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, has made

the regulations as entitled above.

EUROPEAN UNION (INTERNAL MARKET EMERGENCY

AND RESILIENCE) (DESIGNATION) REGULATIONS 2026

The Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, Peter Burke,

T.D., in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the

European Communities Act 1 972 (No 27 of 1972), has made

Regulations that may be cited as the European Union (Internal Market

Emergency and Resilience) (Designation) Regulations 2026.

These Regulations provide for the establishment of a framework of

measures relating to an internal market emergency and the resilience

of the internal market, under Regulation (EU) 2024/2747 of the

European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2024. The

Regulations designate the Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and

Employment as the Central Liaison Office and Single Point of

Contact under the Internal Market Emergency and Resilience Act

(IMERA) Regulation.
