ENERGY EFFICIENCY OBLIGATION SCHEME -

APPOINTMENT OF SEAI TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS

UNDER S.I. NO. 683 OF 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Climate, Energy and the

Environment has appointed, pursuant to Regulation 2 4(1) and

Regulation 24(3) of the European Union (Energy Efficiency

Obligation Scheme) Regulations 2025 (S.I. No. 683 of 2025), the

Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland to perform the functions of

the Minister under Regulations 4, 5, 7, 9 , 11 to 16, 17(1) to (4), 18,

21,23 and 25 on such terms and conditions as he may specify and in

accordance with any guidance issued to the Sustainable Energy

Authority of Ireland.

S.I. 412 OF 2023

EAR-CROPPING OF DOGS REGULATIONS 2023

The Minister of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the

powers conferred to him under Section 36 of the Animal, Health and

Welfare Act (No 15 of 2013) and having regard to Article 36 of the

Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union made S.I. 412 of

2023 Ear Cropping of Dogs Regulations, 2023 which came into effect

on 1st September, 2023.

The list referred to in paragraph 3 of the above regulation is published

on gov.ie. A revised list of exempted organisations has now been

uploaded to gov.ie to include North West SPCA.
