revised by European Organizations responsible for them.

These standards (where they have been revised) are hereby revoked

operation (Omagh Bombing Inquiry) Act 2026 has made the Order as

entitled above.

This Order appoints the 15th June 2026 as the date on which the

International Co-operation (Omagh Bombing Inquiry) Act 2026

comes into operation.

GUARDIANSHIP OF INFANTS ACT 1964 (CHILD’S VIEWS

EXPERT) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2026

The Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration has made the

Guardianship of In fants Act 1964 (Child’s Views Expert)

(Amendment) Regulations 2026. These Regulations amend the

Guardianship of Infants Act 1964 (Child’s Views Expert) Regulations

2019 so that speech and language therapists and occupational

therapists are included in the list of professions eligible to undertake

voice of the child reports. The Order also reduces the required number

of years of experience working directly with children to not less than

3 years within the 5 years immediately preceding appointment.
