(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2026

The Minister of State at the Department of Climate, Energy and the

Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section

1 (2) of the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act

2022 (No. 26 of 2022) (as adapted by the Environment, Climate and

Communications (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of

Minister) Order 2025 (S.I. No. 235 of 2025)) and the Climate, Energy

and the Environment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order

2025 (S.I. No. 257 of 2025) has signed the above Order.

The Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of September 2026.

(QUALIFICATIONS) REGULATIONS 2026

The Property Services Regulatory Authority, in exercise of the

powers conferred on it by section 95 of the Property Services

(Regulation) Act 2011 (No. 40 of 2011) (as adapted by th e Property

Services (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial

Functions) Order 2025 (S.I. No. 392 of 2025), with the consent of the

Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, hereby makes

the following regulations:

Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Property Services

(Regulation) Act 2011 (Qualifications) Regulations 2026.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2028.
