EUROPEAN UNION (RESTRICTIVE MEASURES

CONCERNING SOUTH SUDAN) REGULATIONS 2026

The Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, Peter Burke,

T.D., in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the

European Communities Act 1972 (No 27 of 1972), has made

Regulations that may be cited as the European Union (Restrictive

Measures concerning South Sudan) Regulations 2026.

These Regulations provide for the enforcement o f restrictive

measures contained in Council Regulation (EU) No . 2015/735,

regarding restrictive measures concerning South Sudan. The

Regulations provide that competent authorities of the State may issue

directions for the purpose of giving full effect to the sanctions. The

Regulations create offences for breach of the Council Regulations or

for failure to comply with the directions of competent authorities of

the State with regard to implementation of the sanctions and provides

for appropriate penalties.

Pursuant to Section 193(1) of the Companies Act 2014 the following

Special Resolutions were passed in writing on 23 June 2026:

That the Company be wound up by way of Members’

Voluntary Liquidation and Andrew Hendrick of Alyattes

Limited, Suite 68, Premier Suites, Ballymoss Road,

Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18 be and is hereby

appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up;

That the Liquid ator be and is hereby authorised, to

distribute the whole or any part of the assets of the

Company amongst the members in specie.

All claims against the company should be sent to Andrew Hendrick

no later than 6 August 2026. All admitted creditors of the company

have been, or will be, paid.
