Rules for computation - Workman employed for upwards of Twelve months - Workmen's Compensation Act (No. 9 of 1934), s. 21 and Third Schedule.

Average weekly earnings shall be computed in such manner as is best calculated to give the rate per week at which the workman was being remunerated.
