I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (2) of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 22 of 2019) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 1st day of August 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 22 of 2019) shall come into operation.
