LAND AND CONVEYANCING LAW REFORM ACT 2009 (COMMENCEMENT) (SECTION 132) ORDER 2009

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th December, 2009.

I, DERMOT AHERN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 (No. 27 of 2009) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 (Commencement) (Section 132) Order 2009.

2. The 28th day of February 2010 is appointed as the day on which section 132 of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 (No. 27 of 2009) shall come into operation.
