LAND REGISTRY AND REGISTRY OF DEEDS (HOURS OF BUSINESS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1967.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 126 (4) of the Registration of Title Act, 1964 (No. 16 of 1964), hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Land Registry and Registry of Deeds (Hours of Business) (Amendment) Order, 1967. 2. The Land Registry and the Registry of Deeds (Hours of Business) Order, 1964 ( S.I. No. 164 of 1964 ), is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph 2(1) of "the first Monday in June" for "Whit Monday".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prescribes the substitution of "the first Monday in June" for "Whit Monday" in the days on which the Offices of the Land Registry and Registry of Deeds have hitherto been closed.
