Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

WHEREAS I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, being in receipt of a copy of a recommendation under subsection (5) of section 41A (inserted by section 11 of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 32 of 2012)) of the Industrial Relations Act 1946 (No. 26 of 1946) and being satisfied that subsection (3) of section 41A has been complied with and considering it appropriate to do so:

NOW, I, RICHARD BRUTON, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (6) of section 41A (inserted by section 11 of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 32 of 2012)) of the Industrial Relations Act 1946 (No. 26 of 1946) (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 )) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Law Clerks Joint Labour Committee (Abolition) Order 2014.

2. (1) The Law Clerks Joint Labour Committee is abolished.

(2) The Law Clerks Joint Labour Committee (Establishment) Order 1947 (S.I. 308 of 1947) is revoked.

The purpose of this instrument is to abolish the Law Clerks Joint Labour Committee and to revoke the Law Clerks Joint Labour Committee (Establishment) Order 1947 (S.I. 308 of 1947.)
