A servant of the defendants, while driving the defendants' motor truck, the journey being in the course of his employment, stopped at the residence of the plaintiff and asked her to go with him in the truck. The plaintiff refused, whereat the servant caught her by the arm, dragged her on to the running-board of the truck and set the vehicle in motion. After proceeding about 70 yards the servant released the plaintiff without stopping the truck and as a result the plaintiff fell on to the road and sustained severe injuries.
