A. of the interest of a sum of £2,000 "as he cannot act wisely with any capital" - Whether an absolute gift of the capital.

A testator, by his will, bequeathed to his nephew H. St. G. S. and his niece M. E. S. his leasehold interest in H. He bequeathed to his grand-niece M. A. £500, to his grandniece D. A. £100 and to M. R.£100. A gift of the interest on the sum of £2,000 was expressed to be given to "his unfortunate nephew"H. L. St. G. A. "as he cannot act wisely with any capital." By a codicil the testator revoked the bequest of "£500" to his grand-niece D. A., and also revoked the bequest of £100 to M. R. and in place thereof bequeathed to the said M. R.£500. H. St. G....
