A County Infirmary is entitled to charge for the maintenance and treatment of patients admitted to it provided the provisions of the statutes and rules are strictly observed. Sums awarded by agreement or otherwise under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1934, cannot be resorted to for payment of such feed.
