Order for possession of lands - Renewal - Lapse of time - Possession wrongfully retaken by defendant eight and a half years previously - Plaintiff entitled to relief notwithstanding delay.

In the year 1927 an order was made upon the application of the plaintiff company for the appointment of a receiver over certain lands of the defendant. In 1929 an order was made putting the receiver in possession, and in May, 1931, the sheriff dispossessed the defendant and handed over possession of the lands to the receiver.
