MARINE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (NO. 2) ORDER 2004.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Marine (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2004. 2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources (in the Schedule to this Order referred to as the “Minister”) conferred on him by or under the enactments mentioned in column (1) of that Schedule are delegated to Pat the Cope Gallagher, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources (in that Schedule referred to as the “Minister of State”) to the extent specified in column (2) of that Schedule opposite the mention of the enactment concerned.
