The claim before the Tribunal was conceded by the respondents. The claimant gave evidence that she received three days notice that her employment was coming to an end due to the closure of the respondents' business. Accordingly, the Tribunal finds that the claimant is entitled to the sum of €1,900.80 (based on her length of service and being the equivalent of five weeks and two days gross pay) under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
