The transcript of shorthand notes of a High Court trial was prepared by a stenographer (employed by agreement between the parties), certified by the Judge and lodged in the Central Office. A solicitor's copy was compared and attested for use on the hearing of an appeal to the Supreme Court. Held, that the copy was acceptable for the purpose.
