NATIONAL ROADS AUTHORITY (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1993.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 16 of the Roads Act, 1993 (No. 14 of 1993), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the National Roads Authority (Establishment) Order, 1993. 2. The 23rd day of December, 1993 is hereby appointed as the day upon which the National Roads Authority shall stand established.
