Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, PASCHAL DONOHUE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 12 of the National Surplus (Reserve Fund for Exceptional Contingencies) Act 2019 (No. 18 of 2019), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Surplus (Reserve Fund for Exceptional Contingencies) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 31st day of October 2019 is appointed as the day on which the National Surplus (Reserve Fund for Exceptional Contingencies) Act 2019 (No. 18 of 2019) shall come into operation.
