Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Health, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authority) Order 2019.

2. Children’s Health Ireland is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000).

The Minister for Health consents to the foregoing Order.
