PHARMACY ACT 2007 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2007

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st June, 2007.

I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Pharmacy Act 2007 (No. 20 of 2007), hereby order as follows—

1. This Order may be cited as the Pharmacy Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2007.

2. The 22nd day of May 2007 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Pharmacy Act 2007 (No. 20 of 2007) shall come into operation—

(a) Part 1 (other than section 4);

(b) Part 2;

(c) Part 3;

(d) Section 18;
