Popular cafe bans people wearing pyjamas from dining in restaurant

The Sage & Stone café in Duleek, Co Meath posted the "no pyjamas allowed" rule on social media on Monday with a short message. The cafe owners wrote: "We welcome anyone and everyone who comes to dine wearing their own smart casual clothing

"We welcome hard working people who come in their work gear as long as it is cleanish. However we draw the line at people coming to dine in our cafe for breakfast wearing their pyjamas."

The original post on Facebook has so far garnered more than 500 comments from the public, many of them in agreement with the new rule. One person wrote: "Think a dress code is fair, it's their establishment. If you be just had a procedure, home is where you should be not a restaurant.

"Don't like the policy, don't go to the restaurant. You don't see people who dislike sushi in a sushi restaurant?"

A second person responded: "You shouldn't even have to write this . Feck sake. Pyjamas are not for dining out it. How...
