PRIZE BONDS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1997

National Treasury Management Agency

The National Treasury Management Agency, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 , hereby makes the following Regulations: 1. In these Regulations, "the 1993 Regulations" means the Prize Bonds Regulations, 1993 ( S.I. No. 337 of 1993 ). 2. In relation to prizes awarded in any draw held after I December 1996, Regulation 19 of the 1993 Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (4):
