Land, together with land not the subject of application held under fee-farm grant -Land the subject of application purchased from owners of grantee's interest subject to entire fee-farm rent and bound to indemnify the remaining land - Standard Purchase Annuity - Apportionment of fee-farm rent by Land Commission under Land Act, 1931 (No. 11 of 1931), s. 44, (2).

Where a fee-farm grant comprised a parcel of untenanted land and also other lands, and the parcel of untenanted land was subject to the entire rent reserved by the fee-farm grant and bound to indemnify the other lands, and the owner of the parcel of untenanted land applied to the Land Commission under s. 44 of the Land Act, 1931, for an order declaring that such parcel should vest in the Land Commission on the appointed day as if it were tenanted land, and the Land Commission made the order sought and apportioned the fee-farm rent.
