REGISTRATION OF TITLE ACT, 1964 (CENTRAL OFFICE) ORDER, 1997

I, John O'Donoghue, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (5) (inserted by the Registration of Title (Amendment) Act, 1997 (No. 35 of 1997)) of section 7 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964 (No. 16 of 1964), hereby make the following order: 1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Registration of Title Act, 1964 (Central Office) Order, 1997.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of August, 1997. 2. The County of Waterford is hereby designated as an area within which one or more than one constituent office of the central office shall be located.
