ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 2010

This Revised Act is an administrative consolidation of the Road Traffic Act 2010. It is prepared by the Law Reform Commission in accordance with its function under the Law Reform Commission Act 1975 (3/1975) to keep the law under review and to undertake revision and consolidation of statute law.

All Acts up to and including the Electricity Costs (Domestic Electricity Accounts) Emergency Measures Act 2022 (1/2022), enacted 4 March 2022, and all statutory instruments up to and including the RHealth (Preservation and Protection and other Emergency Measures in the Public Interest) Act 2020 (Continuation of Sections 4, 5 and 6 of Part 2) Order 2022 (S.I. No. 47 of 2022), made 1 February 2022, were considered in the preparation of this revision.
