I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic Act 2014 (No. 3 of 2014), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2014 (Section 10(a) and (f)) (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The day appointed as the day on which—

(a) paragraph (a)(i)(II) and (IV),

(b) paragraph (a)(ii), and

(c) paragraph (f),

of section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2014 (No. 3 of 2014) come into operation is 1 August 2014.
