ROADS ACT, 1993 (DECLARATION OF NATIONAL ROADS) ORDER, 1995.

The Minister for the Environment, having consulted the National Roads Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 8 and 10 of the Roads Act, 1993 , (No. 14 of 1993), hereby orders and declares as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Roads Act, 1993 (Declaration of National Roads) Order, 1995. 2. This Order and the Roads Act, 1993 (Declaration of National Roads) Order, 1994 shall be construed together as one and may be collectively cited as the Roads Act, 1993 (Declaration of National Roads) Orders, 1994 and 1995. 3. This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of March, 1995. 4. The proposed public road named in column 1 and described in column 2 of the Schedule hereto is hereby classified as a national primary road.

SCHEDULE

1 2 The Northern Post Access Route. Between N1 at or near Whitehall and Dublin Port or its environs.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order declares the proposed Northern Post Access Route to be a national primary road for the purposes of the Roads Act, 1993 , (No. 14 of 1993) with effect from 31st March 1995.
