(1) An inhibition for the protection of an unregistered right or interest affecting the property of a registered owner may be entered in the register of the property with his/her consent in writing, which shall be lodged in the Registry together with a statement of the facts showing the nature of the unregistered right or interest in the property that is enforceable against the registered owner.
