(1) The person who was registered owner of the original holding when the transfer(s) or vesting order(s) (as the case may be) were or was lodged shall be registered as full or limited owner of the new holding, according as he/she was full or limited owner of the original holding.
(2) A nominee appointed by the Land Commission or Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine under its statutory powers may be registered as full owner with a possessory title.
