Ejectment of tenant of licensed premises - Premises licensed when let -Application by landlord for interim licence without consent of tenant - District Court - Jurisdiction.
A licensee was ejected from his licensed premises for non-payment of rent and refused to transfer the licence pursuant to his covenant. The Court held that it had no jurisdiction to grant an application for an ad interim transfer.
