Jubilant Dublin septuagenarian Jeremiah O'Reilly was last night relishing the €€,000 awarded him by an equality officer for the stress and embarrassment he suffered on his wedding anniversary. His is the first case by an older person under the Equal Status Act 2000 to be won on age grounds.
