I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Sex Offenders Act, 2001 (No. 18 of 2001) order as follows: | |||

1. This Order may be cited as the Sex Offenders Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001. | |||
|
2. The 27th day of September, 2001, is fixed as the day on which the Sex Offenders Act, 2001 (No. 18 of 2001), shall come into operation. | |||
