Sexual harassment at work downplayed as 'banter' for huge number of employees

DRCC launched a new research discussion paper which revealed 75.7 percent of people experienced sexual harassment with 59 percent of those reporting it happened in the workplace.
The paper summarises research conducted by DRCC, with contributions from law firm A&L Goodbody and solicitor Máille Brady Bates.
It includes a survey by DRCC of the experience of victims/survivors of sexual harassment as well as a review of existing legal frameworks.
The survey was completed by 940 people and other findings showed:
