Stenson v Fan's Victorian Bar Ltd

Claimant worked as a part-time barperson three evening a week. She took on another job which resulted in her punctuality becoming poor. Her working relationship with her boss was initially good but problems arose over a number of matters resulting in oral warnings. Her time-keeping improved for a while but their relationship deteriorated. A particular problem arose as to the checking of the till at the end of the claimant's shift. The claimant attributed the deteriorating relationship with her boss to her reluctance to enter into a relationship outside of work.
