Please note that the public opening Hours for the Supreme Court Office are from Monday to Friday: 10.00am - 4.30pm. Filings in either hard copy or electronically should be made within the public office opening hours. Electronic filings received after 4.30pm are deemed filed on the following day. All relevant filings made on a Friday should be made by 1.00pm to facilitate circulation of papers to members of the Court by Friday evening.
