TRANSPORT ACT, 1958 (SECTION 14 (6)) ORDER, 1958.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (6) of section 14 of the Transport Act, 1958 , hereby order as follows:

1958 No. 19 1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Act, S1958 (Section 14 (6)) Order, 1958. 2. Section 14 (which provides for the compensation of employees of Coras Iompair Éireann whose services are dispensed with or conditions worsened in certain circumstances) of the Transport Act, 1958 , is hereby extended to any case to which Article 3 applies. 3.
