I, MICHAEL O'LEARY, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 22 (2) of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977 (No. 10 of 1977), hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977 (Commencement) Order, 1977. 2. The 9th day of May, 1977, is hereby appointed to be the day on which the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977 (No. 10 of 1977), shall come into operation. |
