JUDGMENT OF THE VALUATION TRIBUNAL

ISSUED ON THE 29TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2003

By Notice of Appeal dated the 12th November 2002, the appellant appealed against the

determination of the Commissioner of Valuation in fixing a rateable valuation of €18 on the

relevant property above described.

The Grounds of Appeal as set out in the Notice of Appeal are that:

"We are a voluntary group providing training and education, support and development work for

childcare providers and we are based in a community based building.

We provide support and assistance and training and education for childcare providers within the

county."
