JUDGMENT OF THE VALUATION TRIBUNAL

ISSUED ON THE 22ND DAY OF DECEMBER, 2008

By Notices of Appeal dated the 24th day of June, 2008 (VA08/5/008) and the 31st day of

July, 2008 (VA08/5/114 & 117), the appellants appealed against the determination of the

Commissioner of Valuation in fixing valuations of €487,000.00 (VA08/5/008), €411,000.00

(VA08/5/114) and €2,238,000.00 (VA08/5/117) respectively on the above described re levant

properties.
