ISSUED ON THE 6TH DAY OF JUNE, 1989

By notice of appeal dated the 24th day of August 1988, the appellants appealed against the

valuation of £33 on the above described hereditament on the grounds that -

1. The assessment of rateable valuation herein is bad in law.

2. The subject entity comprises boat slips, platforms and workshop, developed by the National Yacht Club for the purposes of sport.
